Provides a
quick summary of your business trading for the day, month and year to date,
optionally with costs and profit. Also includes total receivable, payables,
stock on hand valuation, and
cash position.

Sales Enquiries
Sales may be analyised by an extensive range of criteria and selection options,
including budget comparisons, and graphs. You may choose any period of time to
retain detailed transactional information.

Purchases Enquiries Purchases may also be analyised by an extensive range of criteria and selection options,
including budget comparisons. You may choose any period of time to
retain detailed transactional information.
- Debtor & Creditor Accounts
Debtor
& Creditor accounts details including account status, trading summary, and
invoices outstanding. A total of all receivable and payables is provided via the
business summary (above).

Stock
Stock
on hand details including kit components, stock movement, and lost sales.
Also,
stock movements by product and/or movement type, quantity and value, month and
cumulative, units and deposits.

Sales Orders
Backorders, picking slips and quotes by account and/or part including ability
to supply alert.

Purchase Orders
Outstanding purchase orders by order number, supplier and/or part number
or category. Order values are also displayed.

Employees and Times
An extensive analysis of employee times booked to jobs is provided via the Job
Control module, to assist in assessing this major business expense.

you the ability to produce customised reports and enquiries, without the need
for a program to be written for you.
